The next Disciple Bible Study Course starts in September on Tuesday evenings, from 1930 to 2200.
This 34-week course will be led by Derek Nichols, Mike Sharpe and Chris Heron here at Castle Street Methodist Church.
Those who have completed the course speak enthusiastically about the richness of the fellowship experienced and the value of the teaching they have received. Indeed, it has been described as a positive and life-transforming experience.
All interested in knowing more are invited to attend an introductory meeting on Tuesday 3rd September from 1930 to 2100 at Castle Street. You will meet the leaders, view a DVD, and see the approach demonstrated. Resources will be displayed, dates and times of meetings discussed, and full information given. There will be plenty of time for questions, and an opportunity to hear from some who have already completed Disciple. There will also be a chance to sign up.
The course will begin on Tuesday 10th September for those who wish to participate. Materials will be distributed and the outline of the meetings explained. Clear guidance will also be given as to how to prepare for the first and subsequent meetings.
The first actual study meeting will take place on Tuesday 24th September. All meetings will be held at Castle Street, beginning at 1930. Session 1 is entitled “The Biblical World”.
