What happens when we pray? Does it make a difference?
At Castle Street we’ll be using a recently published book to guide our thinking about prayer this Lent. We’ll be meetings on Thursdays from 2nd to 30th March at 2000. Some of us will be having a simple supper at 1900 before each session. If you’d like to be part of that, please let us know. Otherwise come at 2000 for coffee and discussion.
In each session we’ll discuss a chapter from John Saxbee’s book “What happens when we pray?” (Publisher: Kevin Mayhew, ISBN: 9781 848 678 262) and then spend some time actually praying and seeing if we can put into practice what we have discussed.
